Join us at Woodcraft to kick off another year of woodworking help and inspiration!

Erik Lustig will be giving an Individual Spotlight presentation about his woodworking journey which has been going for some time now. I’m sure there will be some good stories, hard-won lessons, and relatable mistakes to enjoy.

There will also be some time for our usual show-and-tell and Q-and-A.

I haven’t gotten a confirmation from Erik since the meeting in December. We’ll still have a meeting, sharing our experiences, projects etc. It seems possible Erik won’t be able to do his presentation after all.

Good news, everyone!

Erik will be presenting about his woodworking journey tomorrow.

To whet your appetite, he shared with us 2 truths and a lie. If you want to know which is which, you’ll have to join us tomorrow evening at 6pm at Woodcraft.

  1. I ended up in the ER due to a table saw accident, but left with only a band-aid
  2. Despite my best efforts, only one of my 3 daughters took to woodworking
  3. I own a Lie-Nielsen chisel sets, Narex chisel set, two Lee Valley chisels, and a set of Buck chisels collected and re-habbed from Garage sales. My favorite set are the Buck chisels.
