Journeyman woodworker/furniture maker here. Relocating to Seattle from Olympia July 1 and looking for studio/shop space to rent.
I have enough tools for a modest sized shop: 250 - 350sqft. One 220v outlet needed for table saw. Everything else runs on 110.
I’ve been on the hunt about 6 months now with no luck. If anyone has any leads or space they would like to rent, I would appreciate hearing about it. Can provide references, pass a background check and employment/income verification. Willing to sign a lease as early as May 1 to secure a spot.
