What are those yellow clamps in the center? I can’t quite picture it.

Those are a pair of ratcheting t-track clamps with some bits of scrap wood taped to the t-track side to keep it from digging into the face of the piece. The bar clamps on the table top are just being used as standoffs to give clearance.
