Pass on Your Skills to Young Makers (Ages 10-15)!

Hello Northwest Woodworkers,

I’m reaching out on behalf of Coyote Central, a Seattle nonprofit that provides hands-on creative programs for youth ages 10–15. We’re currently looking for skilled woodworkers, furniture makers, and craftspeople who might be interested in teaching short-term workshops with our young people.

Coyote’s mission is to spark creativity, build confidence, and connect youth directly with working professionals. Our classes take place in fully equipped studios, and we provide support with logistics—what we’re really looking for are woodworkers who love their craft and want to pass it on to the next generation.

If you or someone you know may be interested, I’d love to connect. Please comment here or email me at kim@coyotecentral.org and I can share more details.

Thank you for considering how your skills and experience might inspire the next wave of makers.
