I have gone through a number of types of dust masks. I wear glasses and have some sinus issues which makes most masks either hard to fit or hard to pull air through as well as creating a fogging problem. I was on the point of dropping $400 for a Trend powered mask, but I couldn’t quite get past the 2 1/2 pound weight sitting on my head. I found these on Amazon. They fit like a standard N95, but the little fan drives enough air to make it exceptionally easy to breathe. The extra cool air also seems to defeat the fogging issue. They are small enough to fit easily under a standard full face mask. I tuck the fan in my shirt pocket or under my shop coat and almost forget I am using it. For $35 - $40 it is worth a try if you are having comfort issues. Please note these are for dust only and are absolutely useless for any type of contagion protection.

That sounds great. At first the number $400 jumped into my eyes and I was like “that’s not for me…” but $35-$40 to defeat fogging is feasible.
