A friend cut some shrub down in his yard. I got some of the wood, and made this small bowl for them:
The process was pretty straightforward.
Split the logs:
Cut into boards:
Glue some boards together:
Sketch a shape:
Make an MDF template, then route it out with a bowl bit:
