I have the Jet 10in cabinet saw. I switched out the blade to the Freud glue line rip which gives me outstanding results except that I am forced to remove the blade guard and riving knife set up. The stock riving knife and guard are too thick to fit in the kerf from the thinner blade. I bought a thinner riving knife and it works well, but I don’t like running without a blade guard of some sort. I checked out Jet and they don’t seem to offer anything. Anybody have any suggestions.
It’s pricey, but a there are some overarm guard/dust collection solutions you could try, like this one.
Alternatively, Mike Farrington makes his own.
