One time in the past I made up a bunch of pusher sticks for the WW group. They had an adjustable hook on the back and the bottom was cut a 45° slot for using on a jointer to apply both downward pressure and holding the piece against the fence.

Those are so beautiful I know I would hit the blade on my first use
I’m trying to work out how you got the finger grips so perfect and even. Did you use a template?
Yes I made a template and used my hand as a way to space the finger grip. The 3 hole are for locating the rough piece on the template to route the contours the same on each one. The hole also do double duty as a place to hang them near the tool for convenient use.

If you destroy the hook by cutting it, it is made to cut off and slide down or turn over and use the top on the down side. Also it wouldn’t take much to make a new on and have some replacements on hand.

Those look good and safe. I like the slot idea in the bottom.
What were the screw holes for? Workholding?
The 3 holes were to hold the pattern to the ruff piece while routing it to shape. Afterwards they can be used to hang the pusher by the tool/wall.
