My wife wanted a table for her studio. This is what I came up with. Lots of wood species. The glued-up top turned out to be a good use for small cutoffs from earlier projects. The shelf is resawn and book-matched spalted alder. Legs are an uncommon wood called Maracaibo boxwood or zapatero. Said wite seems pleased.
